We are looking for a highly-motivated, versatile individual with strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. This person will maintain current systems and develop new processes to streamline overall company operation. Duties include managing, evaluating and modifying company processes to achieve operating and cost reduction targets. In addition, it involves recruiting and developing staff, ensuring that operations comply with corporate and governmental regulations, and developing capital and operating budgets. Requires 5 years of operations management experience. A BS in Engineering or Science or BA in business is desirable.
