Product / Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 5+ years of product testing experience. Duties will be designing and developing test systems, which include methodology, procedures, hardware (load board), software (wafer sort program, test program development, converting simulation vectors), and resolving quality & reliability issues. Must have familiarity with Burn-In-Test and IDDQ Test. Must be experienced with communications/networking devices, Schlumberger, Credence, HP, and Teradyne ATE. Must have good communications and teamwork skills. BSEE is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
