Setup Panel

• Definition:
  The setup panel is where you enter the necessary parameters that define the simulation.
  
• Usage:
  With the exception of the Options which change the way you view the current simulation, any changes made in the setup panel will not take effect until you press the Restart button.
  
• Valid Input:
  All the parameters have their own definitions of what valid input is. Read their respective documentation pages for this information.
